In my role with the San Francisco Giants from 2014 - 2019, I was responsible for overseeing the well-being of the Major and Minor League players and staff with a focus on addressing issues that had the potential of interfering with optimal performance on the field.
In my position at Cisco Systems from 2009 - 2014, I had the opportunity to support employees and their families in collaboration with the medical staff to provide an integrated approach to emotional health.
